Andrew Donaldson joined Vice & Hunter LLP as a summer student in 2019. Since then, he has gained valuable experience in the areas of employment law, personal injury, civil litigation, municipal law, corporate law and property disputes. He now represents the firm as an articling student as of May 18 and will be eligible to be called to the Ontario Bar in 2021.
Andrew recently graduated from the University of Ottawa's Juris Doctor program, where he was the Vice-President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society and represented the school at the Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada. Before obtaining his law degree, Andrew earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) from Acadia University while also playing junior hockey on a full-time basis.
Having grown up in Ottawa's west end, Andrew has an intimate knowledge of the local landscape and is well-suited to assist with your legal needs. He also has experience working in municipal government and possesses a strong understanding of the concerns that municipal, corporate and individual clients face. Andrew now works closely with Vice & Hunter LLP's senior litigators to provide all clients with sound legal advice.
