Biography

Kevan is an experienced civil litigator with a strong command of both procedural and substantive law. Since his call to the bar in 2016, he has represented clients from diverse backgrounds in a variety of forums, achieving success in motions before the Superior Court of Justice and appearing before tribunals including the License Appeal Tribunal, Social Benefits Tribunal, and the Social Security Tribunal of Canada. His practice areas include personal injury, employment law, real estate litigation, and municipal law. In addition to courtroom experience, Kevan has conducted hundreds of examinations and is actively involved in all aspects of his client’s case.

Kevan earned his undergraduate degree in Ethics, Society & Law from the University of Toronto in 2012 and went on to complete his Juris Doctor at Bond University in Australia in 2015. Since his call to the bar, he has focused on tort and civil litigation, building a reputation for thorough preparation, clear advocacy, and client-centered service.

In 2024, Kevan joined the Litigation Team at Vice & Hunter LLP, where he continues to provide high-quality legal representation for clients across Ontario.
