Lynn’s real estate law practice includes negotiating, drafting, and completing agreements of purchase and sale for both residential and commercial transactions. She advises on consent decisions under the Planning Act (Ontario), prepares and reviews easement agreements, and provides comprehensive guidance to municipal clients on matters involving the Planning Act and Municipal Act (Ontario). Her estate law practice includes drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney and assisting Estate Trustees through the probate process.
A respected member of the legal community, Lynn is a frequent presenter on real estate law topics at the County of Carleton Law Association’s East Region Solicitors Conference, where she previously served as chair and planning committee member. She is also a former instructor in the Real Estate section of the Bar Admission Course offered by the Law Society of Upper Canada (now the Law Society of Ontario).
