Biography

For over 35 years, Jennifer has assisted clients of the Vice & Hunter Litigation Team with a wide range of legal issues, including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful dismissal, real property claims, and family law disputes. Her extensive litigation experience ensures clients receive knowledgeable and practical guidance in navigating complex legal matters.

In 2008, Jennifer was among the first group of paralegals licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. She has since developed a thriving paralegal practice, primarily focusing on Small Claims Court matters and Statutory Accident Benefits claims. Jennifer represents clients in contract disputes, employment issues, personal injury claims, and property matters, and also provides legal services to some of the firm’s municipal clients in Provincial Offences Court.

In 2025, Jennifer became a Family Legal Services Provider (FLSP) licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. In this role, she assists clients with family court processes, including uncontested and joint divorces, domestic contracts, applications for change of name, and child support motions and enforcement responses, within specified eligibility guidelines.

Jennifer takes a client-focused approach to every matter, ensuring that individuals feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process. She combines her extensive knowledge of litigation and family law procedures with practical advice to help clients achieve effective outcomes efficiently and with confidence.
