For over 35 years, Jennifer has assisted clients of the Vice & Hunter Litigation Team with various types of issues including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, wrongful dismissal, real property claims and family law disputes.

In addition, in 2008 Jennifer was among the first group of paralegals to be licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. Jennifer brings her extensive experience in litigation to bear in her paralegal practice, which is focused mainly on Small Claims Court matters and Statutory Accident Benefits claims. She has represented clients in Small Claims Court for matters including contract disputes, employment, personal injury and property issues. Jennifer also represents some of the firm’s municipal clients in Provincial Offences Court.

In 2019, Jennifer became the proud recipient of the LSO’s William J. Simpson Distinguished Paralegal Award and in 2022, she was awarded the County of Carleton Law Association’s Paralegal Award. Jennifer is currently a Trustee on the Board of the CCLA, Chair of the CCLA Paralegal Committee and a member of the CCLA Family Law Advisory Committee.
